1. Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected through this website is SC Mobdesign-Service SRL (trading as "Sevini"), IDNO 1004600047154, registered at str. Petru Zadnipru 8/1, ap. 86, mun. 2. What data we collect

We collect the data you provide directly through the forms on the site (name, phone number, email address — if you enter one, your message or the selected category) when you request a quote or contact us. We also automatically collect limited technical data (page visited, referrer, an anonymous session identifier) for internal traffic statistics.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data solely to respond to your request for a quote or information, to contact you by phone or email about your project, to prepare and carry out a possible order, and to understand, in aggregate form, how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not use your data for direct marketing without separate consent, and we do not sell it to third parties.

4. Legal basis

We process data from the forms based on your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent checkbox when submitting the form (Art. 5 of Law No. 133/2011, corresponding to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and subsequently on the basis of the necessity to conclude or perform a contract, if your request results in an order.

5. How long we keep data

Data from quote requests is kept for the duration of the business relationship and for a further 3 years from the last contact, so we can respond to any requests or complaints, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Anonymous traffic data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. We may share it with suppliers who provide us with strictly necessary technical services — our website hosting provider and our email notification service (Resend) — who act solely on our instructions and are contractually bound to protect the confidentiality of the data.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encrypted HTTPS connection, restricted database access, backups) to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or accidental disclosure.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically to reflect legal or operational changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
